HYDERABAD, July 28: Jeay Sindh Mahaz (JSM-R) chairman Riaz Chandio has said his party workers are being arrested and implicated in fake cases by the government.

Addressing a press conference at the press club here on Saturday, he alleged that  police had arrested Imtiaz Mirani, a leader of the JSM-R, a few days ago in a fake case and taken copies of his CNIC from his house in Qasimabad during the raid.

He said police had released Mirani later, but they had purchased mobile phone SIMs in his name and were threatening people by using his name.

Mr Chandio said that some prisoners of Hyderabad central jail belonging to JSM-R were being threatened to be killed.
