KARACHI, July 27: Reining champions Omar CC romped to an eight-wicket rout of Tapal CC in the 27th Karachi Gymkhana PTV Ramazan Cricket Festival Group ‘B’ tie at the KG Ground here on Friday.
After dismissing Tapal CC for a modest 113, Omar CC raced to victory in the 15th over after openers Hafiz Majid Jahangir (52 off 46 balls, six fours and one six) and Zain Abbas (35) shared a partnership of 85.
