KARACHI, July 11: Four ships carrying containers and edible oil were allotted berths during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Wednesday.

Eight ships, Sealand Washington, Hanjin Elizabeth, Nedlloyed Drake, Salta, Kaimon Galaxy, Cape, Mako and STX Jaguar, were busy in loading and unloading containers, cement, chemical, canola seed, furnace oil and edible oil.  A cargo volume of 85,133 tons comprising 51,833 tons of import and 33,300 tons of export cargo was handled.
