ISLAMABAD, June 23: The production of air-conditioners and refrigerators increased by 5.39 per cent and 8.09 per cent respectively during the first 10 months of the ongoing fiscal year (2011-12) as compared to the corresponding period of last year.
As many as 180,778 air-conditioners were produced during July, April (2011-12) against the production of 171,535 units during July April (2010-11), according to the data of Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS).—APP
