JACOBABAD, Dec 14: The Bugti factor is very much involved in the deteriorating law and order situation in Jacobabad.

Speaking at a press conference on Saturday, the DPO, Rana Fateh Sher, said that the area around Shahi, a Bugti-dominated traditional safe haven for criminals, was a lawless zone.

Expressing his optimism about arresting all criminals, he said that criminals routinely enter into Sindh areas via Kashmor and Kandhkot besides using these as gateways for their escape.
