Six to contest for PP-200

MULTAN, Dec 14: Six candidates have filed nomination papers for PP-200, the seat vacated by incumbent minister of state for food and agriculture, Sikandar Hayat Bosan, as he retained his National Assembly seat.

The scrutiny will take place on Dec 15-18.

The candidates are Muhammad Hasnain Haider Bosan and Asif Haider Bosan of the PML-Q and close relatives of the minister, Malik Ahmed Hassan Daher, the defeated candidate, Malik Noor Hassan Daher of PPP, Mahboob Alam Khan of PML-N and Latif Ansar Sial Lajpaal, an independent candidate.—APP
