KARACHI, June 19: The Sindh High Court issued on Tuesday notices to the home secretary, Sindh police chief, Rangers director-general and others in a petition filed by the mother of a missing man.

A division bench comprising acting Chief Justice Maqbool Baqar and Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi was seized with the hearing of Khan Bibi’s petition in which she said that her son Dilawar Baloch had been missing since May 28.

She submitted that her son had gone for tea on the night between May 28 and 29 and never returned.—PPI
