Justice Baqar takes oath as acting CJ

KARACHI, June 5: Justice Maqbool Baqar on Tuesday took the oath as the acting chief justice of the Sindh High Court. Justice Faisal Arab administered the oath, says an official statement.

SHC Chief Justice Mushir Alam has proceeded to Turkey on a three-week visit. He was invited by the Turkish judiciary to participate in a judicial symposium being held there, the statement adds.—APP
