LAHORE, May 31: Various town municipal administrations of the City District Government of Lahore on Thursday issued notices to 42 swimming pool owners over non-payment of tax and directed them to pay tax within seven days.

Notices were issued after town municipal administrations identified 63 swimming pools in the city and found 42 of them as tax defaulters.

According to officials, Aziz Bhatti Town issued notices to two, Gulberg Town 15, Ravi Town five, Wagah Town nine, Nishtar Town five, Samanabad Town three and Data Ganj Bakhsh Town three swimming pool owners for not paying the tax.

Swimming pool owners have been directed to pay the tax till June 7 or face legal action.
