ISLAMABAD, May 28: A Pakistani delegation led by Minister of State and Chairman Board of Investment (BoI) Saleem H. Mandviwalla will attend the Canada Pakistan Investment Promotion Conference from May 29 to June 2, a BoI press release said.

The conference aims at promoting bilateral investment and joint ventures leading to enhanced trade between Pakistan and Canada.

The Canada Pakistan Investment Promotion Conference is a joint endeavor of BoI and the Canadian High Commission (CHC), Islamabad. It is supported by Grant Thornton Pakistan as well as the Canada Pakistan Chamber of Commerce.

The conference follows immediately the negotiations in Ottawa on May 29 for a Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT), the statement added.—APP
