I AM a retired government science teacher. Thirty years ago I became member of the Sindh Government Employees Society (Gulshan-i-Mehran). I was allotted a plot --7A-- measuring 240 square yards in sector 2C in Scheme 33, Karachi. Later on my plot was cancelled without any notice and I was given another plot, 551-A, in Northern Bypass, in 4B, which was under encroachment. The cost of the plot was Rs19,200 and I paid them Rs28,600 plus extra Rs5,000. The Registrar, Cooperative Societies, gave decision in my favour on June 30, 2008, but the Society lodged an appeal in the court of co-operative minister, Sindh, who died in an accident.

I approached the secretary, co-operative, government of Sindh, on Dec 9, 2010, but I could not receive any response. Then I wrote an application to the chief minister’s complain cell on March29,2010. Again, they wrote to the secretary, cooperative (No:PA/SA/CMS/PCC/2010/7187, Karachi, dated April 28, 2010). I requested once again to the secretary, cooperative, and he wrote a letter (No:SO(T) 636/08 dated June 20, 2011), but I am still waiting for an answer. I am an old man and have served the nation as a teacher and have tried to promote the cause of education. So please help me and oblige.
