ISLAMABAD: The judicial commission probing memo-gate scandal has called its next meeting on May 18. Notices have been issued to the involved parties of the case, DawnNews reported on Tuesday.

The meeting on May 18 would analyse the forensic report of Mansoor Ijaz’s mobile phone.

However, Husain Haqani's advocate Sajid Tanoli has said that he had already boycotted the memo-commission and would not appear before the commission in its next hearing.

Tanoli and Zahid Bukhari, on behalf of their client Haqqani, had boycotted the memo-commission when the commission directed its  secretary to travel to London for forensic examination of Black Berry handset of Mansoor Ijaz allegedly used in the preparation of the memo. They argued that the American businessman should appear in the witness box if he wanted the forensic test of his devices.
