Car lifted

TAXILA, April 26: A man was deprived of his car by auto-thieves in Pour Miana village in the limits of Hassanabdal police station on Thursday.

Sources said that Ghulam Razzaq came to the village to attend a marriage ceremony. He parked his car (RL-2076) outside the house. On his return, he found that the car was lifted.

While in another incident Wah Cantonment police booked a man identified as Shahid Mehmood for making obnoxious calls and text messages to a girl, Sadia Bibi.  —Correspondent
