HYDERABAD, Dec 9: A group of activists of the Sindhi Hari Tehrik staged a protest demonstration and a sit-in outside the press club here on Monday.

Led by Sindhiani Tehrik president Ms Nazeer Qureshi, they were protesting against the registration of what they called a false case against two Hari leaders by the Tando Mohammad Khan police.

Speaking at the rally, Ms Qureshi, Ali Mardan Rind and others alleged the police had taken money from Krishan Kolhi for the registration of a kidnapping case against Anwar Rind and Teerath Das.

They warned if no action was taken against Krishan Kolhi and the Tando Mohammad Khan police, protest demonstrations would be held throughout the province.
