ISLAMABAD: The younger son of Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, MNA Ali Musa Gilani, is expected to appear in the Supreme Court for the ephedrine quota case hearing today, DawnNews reported.

Musa Gilani was in South Africa on a private trip when he was named as an accused in the import of the controlled chemical ephedrine. He returned to Pakistan in the early hours of Sunday after being directed by his father to return and co-operate in the case proceedings.

Furthermore, he is expected to face the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) authorities today and record his statement before them.

Earlier, the Supreme Court had ordered the ANF to conduct a transparent investigation of the case.
