ISLAMABAD, Dec 4: The federal capital is giving a deserted look, as majority of the dwellers have left the city for their home towns to celebrate Eid with their relatives.

The government has announced three Eid holidays starting today (Thursday) while Sunday is the official holiday to supplement the three others.

The attendance at public and private sector offices remained very thin on Wednesday, as many people left the city on Tuesday night and the Wednesday morning.—PPI
