LAHORE, Dec 2: Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervez Elahi has announced that all students having 65 per cent or above marks in intermediate (FSc pre-medical) and equivalent examination are eligible to appear in the entry test for admission to medical and dental colleges in the province.

The chief minister has also directed the Punjab Medical and Dental Colleges Admission Board to re-advertize the admission schedule and allow those candidates to apply who could not submit their applications earlier due to the 70 per cent marks restriction.

The CM has further asked the admission board to allow such candidates to submit their applications till Dec 29.

According to the earlier schedule, the entry test was scheduled to be held on Dec 15 simultaneously at five examination centres in Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Bahawalpur.
