PM’s nephew dies of heart attack

QUETTA, Dec 1: Mir Nusrat Ali Khan, the nephew of Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali, died of a heart attack on Sunday at Rojhan Jamali. He was 37. He was laid to rest in his ancestral graveyard.

Nusrat Jamali was son of Mir Ghafar Khan Jamali, cousin of the prime minister. The prime minister, some members of the national and provincial assemblies, tribal elders, government officials, friends and relatives attended the Namaz-i-Janaza.

APP ADDS: Balochistan Governor Amirul Mulk Mengal, in a message, condoled the death and prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and patience for the bereaved family to bear the loss. Information and Media Development Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed, PML-Q parliamentary leader in National Assembly, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, and Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi also condoled the death.
