Karzai to visit Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, Feb 1: Afghan President Hamid Karzai will pay a two-day visit to Pakistan from Feb 16 for talks on repairing strained ties and reviving cooperation on peace negotiations with Taliban.

“The Pakistani side stated that it looked forward to welcoming Mr Hamid Karzai ... on a visit to Pakistan on Feb 16-17,” a statement issued by the Foreign Office said on Wednesday.—Staff Reporter
