HYDERABAD, Nov 22: Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany of the Sindh High Court, Hyderabad circuit bench, here on Friday granted bail to four landowners in a murder case.

The applicants were Mushtaq, Qasim, Abbas and Bashir.

The court granted bail to Mushtaq in a sum of Rs350,000, Qasim in Rs200,000, and Bashir and Abbas in Rs100,000 each.

A murder case was lodged against them on the complaint of Sultan with the Khipro police on April 19, 2001, when Obahayo Mangrio was killed and Kareem Bukhsh injured in an armed clash over the turn of canal water.

The police had recovered a rifle from the possession of Mushtaq.
