Anwar hails Jamali

ISLAMABAD, Nov 22: The Azad Kashmir president, Sardar Muhammad Anwar Khan, has felicitated Mir Zafarullah Jamali on his election as Pakistan’s Prime Minister.

In a statement on Friday, he said Jamali’s election as premier by an assembly comprising graduate members, is an added honour.

He said that the family of Mir Zafarullah Jamali was known for its services to the people and politics of the country.

The president also congratulated the newly-elected speaker and deputy speaker of the National Assembly, Chaudhry Amir Hussain and Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob.—APP
