ISLAMABAD, Nov 21: Chief Executive Pervez Musharraf issued on Thursday two Orders for reviving the previous mechanism for the election of senators from the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (Fata).

The Chief Executive, General Pervez Musharraf, had earlier changed the mechanism for the election of senators from Fata but on Thursday he repealed the Election of Members from Fata Order 2002.

In the second Order, called Senate (Election of Members from the Federally Administered Tribal Areas) 2002, it provided that the members of senate from Fata would be elected by the Fata members in the National Assembly.
