LAKKI MARWAT, Nov 16: A delegation of the Serai Naurang Union of Journalist, led by Nadim Khattack, called on NWFP Health Minister Mehar Taj Roghani, Brigadier Habib-ur-Rehman and Director Administration Sajid Shaheen in Peshawar the other day and apprised them of the alleged artificial problems being created by police and officials of the civil hospital Serai Naurang who, they said, extorted money from the distressed and needy patients.

The newsmen alleged that agents of the hospital doctors convinced the patients to visit private clinics of the medical practitioners, even when the doctors were supposed to attend the patients in the OPDs.
