Land dispute claims life

PESHAWAR, Nov 2: A land dispute claimed life of a youth at Hazar Khwani village in the suburbs of Peshawar on Wednesday.

According to Bala Mani police two groups of local residents had developed differences over a piece of land which led to an armed clash on Wednesday morning.

As result one Sabz Ali was killed and one of his opponents Akhtar Shah sustained bullet injuries.

Those charged in the case include three brothers, Afsar Ali, Bahar Ali and Amir Ali, and Zaheerullah. In the FIR, the victim’s relatives said they wanted to construct a wall around their land that a group of armed men opened fire on them.
