Fine all-round show by Tariq

KARACHI, Nov 14: A superb all-round performance by Tariq Rasheed helped Baqai Dolphins defeat Godhra Sports by 66 runs in the 8th Tapal Trophy Ramazan Cricket Festival at UBL Sports Complex here Thursday.

Tariq hit an unbeaten 32 and then took two for 21 to claim the Man-of-the-Match prize.

Batting first, Baqai Dolphins scored 185 for seven in their 25 overs. Ahmer Saeed Sr struck two fours and one six in making 46 off 34 balls.

Godhra Sports were bowled out for 119 in 20.3 overs despite an excellent knock of 52 by opener Mohammad Farrukh. He hit eight boundaries.
