ISLAMABAD, Nov 14: The additional district and sessions judge, Sanaullah Malik, has accepted the bail application of an accused in an attempted murder and drug-smuggling case.
The defence counsel, Raja Rizwan, while arguing the case, said the case was registered against his client under mala fide intentions. He is not involved in any offence nor the police seized charas from him.
After hearing the argument, the court accepted the bail of the accused.
Meanwhile, Judicial Magistrate Rana Mohammad Khan has accepted the bail of an accused in the kidnapping case.—A Reporter
