KARACHI: 75 profiteers booked

KARACHI, Nov 13: The price-checking committees continued their drive against profiteers on Wednesday.

Various committees made 75 challans while 35 shopkeepers were issued warning for non-display of price lists.

The committee of Gulberg Town, consisting of DDO (Revenue) Agha Pervez and the TMO, made 18 challans, 11 challans were made by Baldia Town committee, 20 by Lyari Town committee, while Jamshed Town committee made ten and Shah Faisal Town six challans, followed by Saddar with 10 and North Nazimabad three challans.

The Liaquatabad Town committee issued warning to 35 shopkeepers.—APP
