KARACHI: There were three completely one-sided encounters and one draw witnessed in the four 8th Pakistan Premier Football League (PPFL) matches played in Quetta and Rawalpindi on Wednesday.

The Sadiq Shaheed Football Stadium in Quetta hosted three matches. In the first one, PIA thrashed host team Baloch FC 4-0 with goals coming from Abdul Ghaffar (14th min), Nazeer Ahmed (59th min), Zeeshan Ahmed (84th min) and Shakir Lashari (89th min).

Next up Muslim FC edged out National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) 1-0. The golden goal for Muslim FC was scored by Saeed Ahmed in the 34th minute.

Finally, Karachi Port Trust (KPT) beat Pak Elektron Limited (PEL) 2-0. The goals were scored by Akhtar Momal (72nd min) and Shahid Saleem (81st min).

Meanwhile, as a result of a goalless draw, both Pakistan Air Force (PAF) and Pakistan Navy came off the Municipal Football Stadium ground in Rawalpindi sharing a point each.
