PESHAWAR: Five shot dead

PESHAWAR, Nov 12: Three members of a family and two others were killed in different parts of the city here on Tuesday.

Hazrat Yousaf, son of Ghulam Habib, got an FIR registered with the police, stating that his relation Abdul Haseeb, son of Hikmat Khan, a resident of Agra Malakand Agency, had come to Peshawar for the treatment of his wife.

Haseeb took a house on rent in Tehkal Payan locality and started living with his wife Zyarat Jan and daughter Musarrat.

On Monday night, some unknown men broke into the house and killed the whole family with fire arms. Hazrat Yousuf told the police that the family had apparently no enmity with anyone.

In another incident, a gunman of Anti-Terrorist Court Judge Akhtar Zareef was shot dead allegedly by four people over money dispute in Mian Gujjar locality here on Tuesday morning.

In yet another incident, Amir Nawaz, son of Zrawar, was shot dead by some unidentified men in the jurisdiction of Faqirabad police station.
