Cable operators warned

ISLAMABAD, Nov 10: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has asked the cable TV operators to stop televising vulgar films.

Residents of the capital had lodged complaints with the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) and CDA saying that the cable operators were showing obscene films during Ramzan and requesting the authorities to take action against the cable operators. The CDA has also warned the cable operators that their installation would be seized if they did not abide by the rules and regulations.
