No report on repolling, says NRB

ISLAMABAD, Nov 9: National Reconstruction Bureau (NRB) spokesman Khalid Bilal has said that the bureau has not been assigned any task to prepare a report for holding re-elections.

When contacted on Saturday, he said that no person, bureau or any other institution had been given the task to prepare such report.

He denied a news item published in an Urdu newspaper that the NRB had been asked to prepare a report on re-elections.

Mr Bilal claimed that the matter had not been discussed in the last federal cabinet meeting, as was reported by the newspaper that the issue was on the meeting agenda.
