HYDERABAD, Nov 8: The offices of the Sindh University’s directorate of admissions would remain open on Saturday, Nov 9, and on Sunday, Nov 10, to receive the admission forms for admissions in bachelors and masters degree classes for the academic session of 2003, an official notification stated here on Friday.

It further announced that the candidates, who have deposited their pre-entry test fee, may submit their admission forms on both days. The pre-entry test for admission in masters degree programme would be conducted on Nov 17 while the pre-entry test for admissions in Bachelor programme would be held on Nov 24.

LUMHS: The Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences, has announced the results of diploma in anaesthesiology part-I, diploma in cardiology, M.S. (gynaecology and obstetrics) basic medical science paper and M.D. (paediatrics) basic medical science paper examination of Oct 2002.

Hesco: Superintending engineer, operation circle- I, Hyderabad, Hesco, Habibullah Khilji, has warned Hesco staff no interruption in power supply will be tolerated. He said any employee, found guilty of intentional interruption in power supply, will be dealt with strictly.

He was speaking at an open kutchehry at Zareen Marriage Hall, Market area here the other day. Khilji received 42 applications from the consumers about detection bills, fixation of instalments and passed orders on them on the spot.
