DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Nov 6: Seven people, including four of a family, were killed in two incidents here on Monday.

Three people were shot dead by an assailant Inayatullah alias Mana, in a market place at the Zafarabad Colony.

The victims were identified as Mohammad Amin Bucha, Mohammad Islam and Mohammad Ramzan.

Witnesses said the killer fled the scene after committing the crime.

The cause of the crime could not be known. The killer is said to be a professional hit man who was on bail in a murder case.

In another incident, four members of a family were shot dead over an enmity in the Mangal village in the frontier region of Tank.

The victims were identified as Saeed Khan, Sher Khan, Shakoor Khan and Azeem Khan.

Reports said Saeed Khan had a family dispute with his cousin Fazal Khan. Fazal and his men attacked the house of Saeed and killed him with three other members of his family. Fazal Khan was wounded in the attack.
