Six members of a family gunned down

GUJRANWALA, Nov 5: Six members of a family were gunned down by their close relatives over a farmland dispute in a village near Wazirabad on Tuesday, police said.

The Sohdra police said that Muneerullah, Inayatullah and Azam stormed into their brother-in-law Mirza Khan’s house in the Leveriwala village and opened fire. Mirza Khan, his wife Rehana, son Shehzad (6), and brothers Saifullah, Bashir Ahmed and Sohni died. Rehana was the sister of the accused.

The police are after the accused.
