The winners were selected through an evaluation process which was conducted by a panel of judges who rated companies on the basis of the quality of their customer service, professionalism, accessibility to customers, and presence of clearly defined customer service processes.

“We are honored to be recognized for our efforts in positioning service differentiation and customer excellence as our highest priority,” said GM June Woo Lee of Samsung.

Hee Chang Yee, MD Samsung Electronics Pakistan said, at Samsung, customer anticipation is one of our main objectives, which is the reason we are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to deliver differentiated services to ensure the delivery of exceptional experiences to our customers.
