KARACHI: PTCL expansion work

KARACHI, Oct 30: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) will carry out a program for expansion of data base for customer service facilities in Cantt-IV Digital Telephone Exchange.

The expansion work is scheduled to be carried out on 1st November 2002. Therefore, customers whose numbers start with prefixes 561, 566,567, 568 & 569 are informed that brief interruption in the telephone traffic may occur due to technical reasons between 03:30 hrs to 03:00 hrs on November 1, 2002.

The customers are advised in their own interest to verify code barring and call forwarding, as these facilities will be deactivated due to the system up-gradation.— PPI
