SWABI, Nov 14: The local leaders of All Teachers Association said the NWFP Education Minister, Imtiaz Hussain Gilani, had asked them that male and female teachers of the district who had been transferred recently should continue to work on their original posts till further orders.

In a press statement issued here on Wednesday, they said a delegation led by Mian Ayub Kakakhel, visited the minister at his office and apprised him about the irregularities in teachers transfers and the problems being faced by the teachers in this connection. The minister said that the transfer of teachers would be stopped.
