PESHAWAR, Nov 14: Jamaat-i-Islami provincial amir, Prof Mohammad Ibrahim, has held President Pervez Musharraf responsible for recent developments in Afghanistan and claimed that the present government policies have put Pakistan’s security at stake.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony here at Madresah Taleemul Quran on Wednesday, he condemned the arrest of JI chief Qazi Hussain Ahmad and the JUI central leader Maulana Fazl Rehman and termed their detention illegal.
