HYDERABAD, Oct 18: The Sindh High Court, Hyderabad circuit bench, on Friday granted protective bail to 49 People’s Party Parliamentarians activists in three separate FIRs of the Nagarparkar, Mithi, and Chachro police stations for a sum of Rs50,000 each for 10 days.

The applicants were represented by Advocate Muzaffar Leghari.

The cases had been nominated under section 324, 337, 147, 148, 149, and 144 PPC causing injuries while being a member of an unlawful assembly.

A large number of other accused had already been granted protective bail in these cases.
