
ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Wednesday directed the Inspector Generals of Police (IGPs) of the four provinces to present the details and efforts made by them for the recovery of missing persons in their respective provinces by April 30.
Orders to this effect were given at a high level meeting presided over by the Interior Minister.
The meeting was also attended by the Federal Secretary Interior, IGPs of the four provinces, IGP Islamabad, Director General National Crisis Management Cell and the representatives of the intelligent agencies.
Rehman Malik on the occasion also directed the IGPs of the four provinces to implement the Supreme Court orders and present complete profile and details of the missing persons.
He also asked them to present the details of the missing persons, produce the copies of FIR and efforts made for the recovery of the missing persons in their respective areas.
The Interior Minister also appreciated the performance of the Judicial Commission.
