BNDP chief resigns

QUETTA, Oct 17: The president of the newly formed Balochistan National Democratic Party (BNDP), Sardar Sanaullah Zehri, has resigned from his office accepting the failure of the party in the elections.

Speaking at a press conference here on Thursday, he said that he and the other nationalist leaders formed a new party to unite the nationalist forces in the province that had been divided due to various reasons.

He said that he was elected president of the party and he made all possible efforts to bring these forces at one platform. He said but he could not succeed in introducing the party in a very short time.

He said that in the recent elections only he could won the provincial assembly seat and no other party candidate could succeed in getting a seat.
