HYDERABAD, Oct 17: The modalities to shift three local degree colleges to newly-constructed buildings were discussed here on Thursday at a meeting, presided over by DCO Mir Hussain Ali.

It was decided that first the Qasimabad college would move to its newly constructed building near the government hospital, Qasimabad.

Besides, the Home Economics college will be shifted to the vacated premises of the Qasimabad college,

Moreover, the Latifabad college will be shifted to its newly-constructed building situated at Kohsar.

The DCO directed the DO, education works, Nizamuddin Shaikh, to complete the construction works, including installation of electricity and gas connections as soon as possible.

The DCO also directed him to submit cost estimate of the renovation of Dr I.H. Zubairi Degree College of Home Economics building after its vacation by the Qasimabad college.

The principals of Government Boys Degree College, Qasimabad; Dr I.H. Zubairi Degree College of Home Economics; and Government Degree College, Latifabad-11; the EDO, education; the DO, colleges; and the DO, education works; attended the meting.
