Arms peddler held

GUJRANWALA, April 13: Tatlayali police claimed on Wednesday to have arrested an arms smuggler and recovered illegal weapons from his possession. Police received information that a vehicle carrying weapons was on its way from Sheikhupura to Gujranwala. Near Baigpur, the police stopped a car and recovered two hand-grenades, nine 30-bore pistols, 44-bore rifles, 4,500 rounds and arrested Jehanzeb Khan of Peshawar. — Correspondent
