LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif said Thursday that a commission will be formed to probe the deaths which took place during the strike of the Young Doctors Association.

Speaking to the media after holding talks with representatives of the Young Doctors Association, Sharif said that the 39 day strike was now over.

During the meeting it was decided that a six member committee would be formed to resolve the problems being faced by the doctors.

The committee would comprise of three government officials and three representatives of the Young Doctors Association.

The committee is expected to submit its recommendations to the Chief Minister within two weeks.
