49 women killed in March

HYDERABAD, April 4: About 49 women were killed on the pretext of karo-kari and in incidents of domestic violence during March in Sindh, according to a report released the by Research and Development for Human Resources.

The report said that 26 women and five men were killed for honour, 14 in domestic violence and nine others under mysterious circumstances. But no accused has so far been arrested.
