RAWALPINDI, March 26: The carpeting of the Murree Road will commence from next week and the project will be completed with an estimated cost of Rs9 million, sources said here on Saturday.

RDA Engineering Director Chaudhry Mohammad Asghar said that work on different roads in the city was in progress. He said that right now construction of Rashid Minhas Road was initiated with the cost of more than Rs8 million and the construction of 1.7 kilometer long 5th road was underway.

He said that the solar street lights would be installed on these roads. —Online
