PML-N backed candidates win in Lakki

LAKKI MARWAT, Oct 11: PML-N dominated the election in the district. Maulana Amanaullah of Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal, who was supported by PML-N won from the National Assembly seat NA-27 with 65,635 votes against Anwar Saifullah Khan of PML (Quaid-i-Azam), who got 40,775 votes.

In PF-74, (Lakki-I), PML-N candidate Zafrullah Khan won with 12,351 votes while Pir Khalid Raza Zakri of PML-Q got 10,776 votes and Advocate Ihsanullah Khan of PPP got 7,941 votes.

In PF-75 (Lakki-II) PML-N candidate Malick Imran Khan emerged as the winner with 19,302 votes against NWFP PML-Q President Salim Saifullah Khan, who got 18,963 votes.

In PF-76 (Lakki-III) PML-N leader Anwar Kamal Khan defeated Jamil Ahmad Khan of PML-Q.— Correspondent
