KARACHI, March 15: A special court for Control of Narcotics Substance (CNS) on Tuesday acquitted a man in a drug case and directed the Sindh police chief to hold an inquiry into implication of  the accused in a false case.

The court directed the provincial police officer to hold an inquiry and submit a report within a month.

A case was registered against the accused under Section 9-B of the Control of Narcotic Substances Act, 1997. The accused was on bail.
