KARACHI, Oct 9: Candyland represented by Muhammad Ismail, Amin Hakim, Ziaullah Baig. Hamid Mohuddin, Hasan Askari, Khalid Mohiuddin with 132 Victory Points won the Karachi Gymkhana Gold Cup bridge held the other day.
Twenty teams participated in the competition that saw Tehsin (128 VP). finished first runners-up, Strikers (122 VP) second runners-up and Mazhar (118 VP) in fourth place.
Meanwhile Dr. Ilyas Masters bridge will commence at Aslam Bridge Hall from Oct 22. It will be an open event for players upto the rank of National Master and have not won any Ranking tournament in last three years.
