HYDERABAD, Oct 9: A meeting of over 100 Shia Ulema and representatives of 70 religious organizations held here on Tuesday, decided to vote for the Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal candidates in Hyderabad.

In a statement, the provincial spokesman for the Shia organizations, Nizam Al-Hyderi, said that the decision was taken under the orders of Tehrik-i-Jafaria Pakistan chief Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi.

He said that the meeting, presided over by Allama Altaf Hussain Al-Hussaini, also decided that the workers of the Shia sect would not provide any ladder to the ethnic organizations.
